At the time of my trial, I paid Harvey Slovis to diligently find the crucial witness in my case and find evidences to challenge the prosecution case. To subject the necklace to a DNA testing and many other tasks to help my case and establish my innocence. but he kept my money, did not do any work and engaged in his confusing cross examination which half of the time I didn't understand myself. For example, he argued with the prosecutor about blood evidence forcing me and the prosecutor to inform him there were no blood evidence in this case. After trial, he did not return my money. Instead he challenged me to sue him which I did and got some of money back. ( see, the decision of my lawsuit that I won). It must be noted that courts rarely find lawyers ineffective because finding them ineffective means new trial for the defendant. Unfortunately, in America keeping innocent people in jail is more lucrative than letting them go. Therefore, despite the fact that I proved Slovis stole my money, the court worded my win differently and only gave some of my money back.
